Shipping policy

Free shipping Australia-wide

Every order delivered within Australia ships free, with no minimum spend. This includes all states and territories: New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, the ACT and the Northern Territory.

• Free Standard Shipping (Australia): A$0. Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days.
• Express Shipping (Australia): A$15, for customers who would like their order faster.

International shipping

We also ship to selected countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates.

• Standard International Shipping: A$20 per order.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays, and may vary due to circumstances outside our control. Available shipping options and final costs are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns shipping

If you return an item, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. If you receive store credit, the cost of shipping a replacement product is the customer’s responsibility.
